Heading into its second full season of ALMS competition, the team announced yesterday it would use Dunlop tires on a brand-new No. 48 Chopard/TOTAL/IPC Porsche 911 GT3 RSR. The Spaniard who won the Dakar Rally with Volkswagen in January will drive a bio natural gas-powered Scirocco R as the course-opening car at the 2010 ADAC Rally Germany (19–22 August) on Friday. A Thurrock based motorsport team joined its rivals as it gets set to participate in the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) this year.
AmD Milltek Racing, in West Thurrock, took part in the championship’s Media Day held at Brands Hatch on Tuesday, March 23.
