After all, as promising as hybrids are, many manufacturers are turning to clean diesel as a more promising automotive technology for the future. The next three years will be crucial to the success of clean diesel, as the car companies roll out new diesel products to test the waters. Europeans have long known the benefits of diesel, and it looks like we're about to catch up.
